What ages is recommended for your play equipment?

5 and under is suggested for our soft play equipment. 7 and under is suggested for our pretend play area. 

How much space do I need and what environments do you require for setup? 

Our smallest play area is most ideal for a 12×12 space. It can be smaller if needed, but not all equipment may fit properly. Our biggest is between 225 and 250 sq ft. We require a clean, dry and flat surface. Grass and concrete is ideal.  We do not set up the equipment on sand, mud, or dirt.

How do I make a reservation?

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and an agreement to be signed to reserve your date.  

Is there a delivery fee?

There can be depending on location.

Do you assemble the equipment?

Yes.  We deliver, set up, and pick-up all of the equipment.  We ask for a minimum of 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for breakdown.  Set up and break down time will not include your booked time.

Do you clean your equipment?

Yes.  All equipment is thoroughly disinfected between use.  

Can I reserve the equipment for more hours?

Yes. Our minimum is 3 hours, but you can add on hours if you need. Please inquire for rate. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Upon event of cancellation retainer paid is non-refundable. However, monies may be transferred to a new date which is subject to availability. Pricing may change from date to date and a new agreement may need to be signed.

Do you provide a tent for outdoor events?

We do not provide tents at this time. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

We do not be set up outdoors if it is raining or if there are strong winds.  In the event the weather is forecast to rain or have strong winds, or if the weather suddenly turns bad on the day of the event prior to set up, and no alternative indoor location has been arranged, credit will be given for a future event.  In the event that it starts to rain heavily, storm, or there are strong winds after your booked time has commenced, it is the the hirer’s responsibility to remove all children from the equipment and contact us immediately.  We will collect the equipment as soon as possible and will issue a refund for the remaining time.  If there is one hour or less left of your reservation, no refunds will be given.  In the event of light passing showers, remove all children from the equipment and wait for the rain to pass.  Towel dry the equipment completely before recommencing use.
